What do you call a person who perpetrates a FRAUD! Well that's YOU. If you have not viewed the http://www.feartheirs.com/ site and taken the 'pink pill' you should stop writing about subjects you know very little about you are only parroting the IRS 'bull'. Are you being paid by the IRS?
