The last sentence on my March 29th Blog was,

What has this man, Richard Simkanin, done to deserve a 7 year sentence in a federal prison? Is this abuse?
Who is this ‘person’ McBryde, another federal judge concerned not with justice but his paycheck? Americans must document this judge’s decisions and ruling from the bench. He was ‘only following’ the ‘orders’ of Congress and President George Bush. This must be used as evidence at their future trials.
Mr. Robert Schulz, it is natural for man to indulge in the illusion of hope. I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging the future but from the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the IRS for the last twenty-five years, to justify those hopes with which you and yours have been pleased to solace themselves? Is it that insidious smile with which your petition has been lately received by the U.S. Congress. Or maybe, as you state, the wonderful job attorney Arch McColl did in ‘defense’ of Dick Simkanin?
29 guilty verdicts…unheard of!
Ask yourself how this gracious reception of your petition by Congress comports with those warlike preparations which cover our courts and darken our lands. I believe there can only be one purpose and that is to force us into submission. What have we to oppose them? Shall we try argument? Bob, we have been trying for too many years, have we anything new to offer…
how about Plan B.
We have held the subject up in every light of which it was capable, but it has been in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find that we have not already exhausted? Let us not deceive ourselves any longer. We have done everything that could be done, to avert the storm which is now coming on.
We have petitioned - We have remonstrated - we have supplicated - we have prostrated ourselves before the Congress and have implored its interposition at attest the tyrannical hands of the IRS and its Courts and prosecutors. There is no longer any room for hope. Do you know what it’s like to spend 31 months in a ‘level 3’ prison, believe me it’s hell!
I’ve been there – done that!
They tell us, that we are weak – unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be next week or next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed and when an IRS guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

pound on the ‘grand jury’ doors demanding to show ‘861 evidence’ to the 23 jurors. This is evidence…they must see.
Let’s demand the end of judicial misconduct in the federal courts. Let show the ‘grand jurors’ how judge John McBryde abused his fine office. Let’s get him and others like him indicted and give them a fair trial…just like they did Dick Simkanin and others. They know the ‘day of reckoning is coming’ and that includes their propaganda agents who write for the N.Y. Times and L.A. Times. That’s why these people are fighting so hard.
In war time, sometime the leadership changes Generals….It’s time for you to put on your General G. Patton uniform!
Write, Call Bob Schulz and tell him to go to
Plan B, immediately.
