Letter to the Editor….by Robert B. Graham Sr……..1-215-355-5660 or rbgraham@comcast.net 1/10/05

President Bush is pushing for an overhaul of the U.S. tax code. According to a published report in the Bucks County Courier Times of January 10, 2005, President Bush stated, “This is an essential task for our country”.

He has asked a couple of former Senators and the former commissioner of the I.R.S. to report back by July 31. This action on his part is a terrible ‘conflict of interest’ since these people should be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud. This latest move by the Bush administration is a ‘not too subtle’ attempt at a cover-up of this fraud.

The 861 disk clearly shows that a government fraud has been carried out by the IRS in complicity with the judicial branch of government with the acquiescence of the Legislative branch of government. It is a total violation of § 241 and § 242 of Title 18, and is punishable by 10 years in jail plus a hefty fine if found guilty.

But where does the citizen of the United States find an honest federal prosecutor? Where does a citizen of the United States find an honest federal judge in an income tax case?

Has any one been found ‘not guilty’ in a federal court of a federal income tax case, or has every person been found guilty? How can that be, when § 861 for the past 80 years doesn’t show that the income of the average American to be taxable. WOW!

See for yourself, www.feartheirs.com and take the ‘pink pill’……aren’t you sick and tired of being lied to by politicians? Don’t you think these politicians should be held accountable?

Sincerely,

Robert B. Graham Sr.

p.s. thanks for all your insight and e-mails….I do appreciate it.
