KILROY WAS HERE!

Taking part in the 57th reunion of the Normandy invasion on D-Day, I had the privilege to break bread with a French veteran who told us about ‘Kilroy’ and his part in the Victory over the Nazi’s.

He informed me that ‘Kilroy’ screwed up the minds of the Nazis by having the cartoon in places where the Nazis did not feel vulnerable.

He told us of two G.I.’s (with American ingenuity) who spoke French who were captured but escaped; and posing as Frenchmen, got jobs in the German headquarters. They started their campaign by urinating in the officer’s coffee. They then progressed to drawing ‘Kilroy’ on the mirror in the Commandant’s private bathroom to which they did not have access. Soon after, even the German soldiers who hated their Officers were placing ‘Kilroy’ in unbelievable places. This really frightened the Nazis and their collaborators, who thought no one could ‘get to them’. They were wrong.

The Frenchman told us of finding dead Nazis with signs nearby…”Kilroy was here”. No one knows if the signs appeared before or after the deaths, Vulnerability reared its beautiful head. Some of these terrible people even killed themselves out of sheer fright. The Frenchman said, “It was a wonderful feeling to know….evil was vulnerable! It also made the misguided think twice about their mortality.

The word ‘Kilroy’ traveled far and wide. The Nazis wondered just how “Kilroy” appeared in so many places…so fast…so far! The Nazis knew that death was never far behind when ‘Kilroy’ appeared.

The Frenchman told us that ‘Kilroy’ appeared in Italy and he caused the same the results…..FEAR AND CONFUSION! Evil got frightened in Italy, also!

Kilroy was the US super-GI. He was a symbol that evil would soon disappear; it became a challenge to place (undetected) the logo in the most unlikely places, the underside of the Arch de Triumphe, during the German occupation, for example a privy was built for the exclusive use of Truman, Stalin and Churchill who were there for the Potsdam conference. The first person to use the privy was Stalin. He emerged and asked his aide (in Russian), “Who is Kilroy?”

Americans…can you just see it now?; imagine our arrogant, out of control leaders finding a rebirth of ‘Kilroy’.

Shortly, there will be available “Kilroy” logo stickers to get the attention of evil people abusing their power and violating the United States Constitution, who believe they are not vulnerable. Let’s scare the evil out of them.

This action is for Americans with the imagination and the courage to take this small step. This is not as drastic as hanging a dead cat in their doorway. Please let us know the results which are printed in the media.Look for the “Kilroy” packet on www.feartheirs.com........soon! Feb. 26th, 2004
